Sept 15 FONT gig

I’m getting excited about my gig this Sunday Sept. 15 at Douglas St Music Collective in Brooklyn for the Festival of New Trumpet Music. Tain and Orlando le Fleming will be joining me. There are 3 bands at 8, 9 and 10…we are on at 9, only a $10 suggested donation for all 3.image

Watts Family Reunion Band

Tain and I started a 16 piece band that is performing next weekend (Jan 19-20) at the Jazz Standard NYC. All of the arrangements are mine…mostly Tain’s music with a few by Kenny Kirkland, Michael Brecker and myself. The band is outstanding!!
